TENDER DESCRIPTION
The market municipality of Fürstenzell intends to carry out the comprehensive general renovation and modernization of the existing outdoor swimming pool from 1963. Due to the severely aged and urgently in need of renovation condition of the pools, buildings, technical facilities, and outdoor areas, economical continued operation without fundamental renewal is no longer possible. As part of the measure, the pool facilities will be completely renewed and the water areas reduced from approximately 1,600 m² to about 870 m². The new swimming, non-swimmer, diving, and children's pools will be made of stainless steel. The existing pool water technology, including piping, will be completely replaced and housed in a newly constructed technical building. The existing operational buildings will be demolished and replaced by a new building including sanitary and changing areas, staff and supervision rooms, barrier-free facilities, storage areas, and a kiosk. The entire facility will be constructed to be barrier-free.
