TENDER DESCRIPTION
The market municipality of Fürstenzell intends to carry out a comprehensive general renovation and modernization of the existing outdoor pool dating back to 1963. Due to the age-related highly dilapidated condition of the pools, buildings, technical equipment and open spaces, continued economical operation without a fundamental renewal is no longer possible. As part of the measure, the pool facilities will be completely renewed and the water surfaces will be reduced from the current approx. 1,600 m² to approx. 870 m². The new pools for swimming, non-swimmers, divers and children will be made of stainless steel. The existing pool water technology, including piping, will be completely replaced and housed in a newly constructed technical building. The existing operating buildings will be demolished and replaced by a new building with sanitary and changing facilities, staff and supervision rooms, barrier-free facilities, storage areas and a kiosk. The entire facility will be developed to be barrier-free.
