TENDER DESCRIPTION
The market town of Fürstenzell intends a comprehensive general renovation and modernization of the existing outdoor swimming pool dating from 1963. Due to the condition of the pools, buildings, technical systems, and open spaces, which are in urgent need of renovation because of their age, economical continued operation without fundamental renewal is no longer possible. As part of the measure, the pool facilities will be completely renewed and the water surfaces reduced from currently about 1,600 m² to approximately 870 m². The new swimming, non-swimmer, diving, and children’s pools will be constructed in stainless steel. The existing pool water technology including piping will be completely replaced and housed in a newly built technical building. The existing operating buildings will be demolished and replaced by a new building with sanitary and changing areas, staff and supervision rooms, accessible facilities, storage spaces, as well as a kiosk. The entire facility will be made barrier-free. To reduce operating costs and improve energy efficiency, photovoltaic systems for self-consumption and absorber systems for pool water heating will be installed. The existing own water…
