TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the municipality of Golzow is the economical, sustainable and timely implementation of the renovation measure. The following project objectives in particular are the focus here: - economical construction execution, - compliance with the funding conditions, - minimisation of operational interruption, - high standard of execution, - certainty regarding costs and dates, - sustainable and energy-efficient technical solutions, - long-term reduction of operating and maintenance costs The subject of the award are the planning and supervision services for the renovation of the Golzow outdoor swimming pool that are still outstanding. The award is made as a general planning service. The contractor assumes responsibility for cross-disciplinary coordination and consolidation of all required planning services. The service phases 1-4 already provided form the basis for the further planning. The contractor must review these documents, familiarise itself with the existing planning and continue the planning from service phase 5 onwards.
