TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Niederkrüchten plans the renovation of the outdoor swimming pool “Am Kamp”. As part of the overall measure, the existing 50-m concrete pool is, on-site, refurbished with a stainless-steel liner and the children’s pool is completely rebuilt. In addition, a spray park is installed as a water-play area. Under the trade package PVT system, the roof area of the new functional building is to be equipped with a photovoltaic-thermal collector system (PVT). This includes the supply and installation of the PVT hybrid modules including substructure; the piping of the thermal collector circuit up to handover to the heating trade at the technical room in the technical cellar; the inverters and the electrical wiring of the modules; integration into the earthing and lightning protection system; and the permanent fall protection of the roof area. The PVT modules serve as a source of heat for the ground-source heat pump to be installed by the heating/sanitary trade; if there is excess heat output, heat can additionally be fed into the pool water.
