TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Burghausen intends to comprehensively renovate parts of the existing indoor swimming pool. The Burghausen indoor swimming pool was built in 1970 and expanded in 2003 with a leisure area including a sauna. As part of the current renovation measure, extensive modernizations are now being carried out in the original 1970 indoor swimming pool. Scope of the renovation measure The following areas of the old building are affected by the renovation: - Swimming hall with 50-meter pool - Diving hall with pool and diving facility - Changing areas on the ground floor, as well as the premises of the pool administration - Staff areas in the basement - Technical cellar of the old building Not included in the scope of renovation: - The leisure pool area with sauna (2003 extension) - The outdoor pool area, including the brine outdoor pool built in 2019 Operation during construction - The sauna facility remains open throughout the construction period. - The outdoor pool is still usable during the summer months.
