TENDER DESCRIPTION

Replacement of the slide system: The public outdoor swimming pool of the City of Landsberg am Lech was completely renovated approximately 45 years ago and has been operating essentially unchanged since then. The Inselbad comprises a main building with a basement, ground floor and upper floor, as well as a pool facility with a 50 m sports pool, a wave pool, a diving pool and a children’s paddling pool. Between the wave pool and the diving pool there are two water slides made of GfK. In the basement level, the swimming pool water treatment technology and a district heating central plant of the Stadtwerke Landsberg are located. On the ground floor there are the cloakrooms, changing rooms and wet rooms, and on the upper floor there is the outdoor swimming pool’s catering area. Access to the basement level is provided via a (narrow) spiral staircase from the ground floor and via an opening for conveying materials at the south-eastern corner of the building.
