Preparatory and protective works In essence, the following services are planned: - site set-up specific to the trade, - protection of existing and already refurbished windows, doors, glazing, window sills and adjacent building components, - protection of balcony areas as well as adjacent traffic and external areas, - measures required to establish site availability (clear space/building works readiness) to the extent specified in the tender, - cleaning of the existing facade surfaces, - substrate preparation for the planned repair and coating works, - collection and disposal of waste and scrap arising from the contractor’s own work. Repair of the existing external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) Planned is the local repair of defective facade areas while retaining the remaining existing surfaces.
