TENDER DESCRIPTION

Heating The following services are planned: - Replacement of the existing membrane expansion vessels, including associated connection work, - Replacement of existing balancing valves and shut-off valves, - Replacement of existing radiators in the bathrooms, - Recording of the heating inventory in the apartments, - Pipe network calculation based on the recorded inventory and the building-site heating load calculation, - Carrying out the hydraulic balancing, - Required pipework, insulation, flushing, filling, testing and commissioning work, - Documentation of the installed heating system. The heat generation systems/district heating systems themselves are renewed on the construction site; the interface of the services being tendered is formed by the last shut-off valves of the new district heating transfer station. Ventilation Kopernikusring 1-9: No actual ventilation-related renovation measures are planned. Kopernikusring 36-44: On the roof, a total of 18 existing roof-mounted ventilators, including the associated ventilation-related accessories, are to be dismantled.
