TENDER DESCRIPTION

Neusser Bäder- und Eissporthalle GmbH operates the Nordbad Neuss and intends to carry out a comprehensive renovation of it. The baths are used in particular to ensure school and club swimming as well as public bathing operations in Neuss. The Nordbad in Neuss was renovated in essential parts in the year 2008 and 2009, respectively. Among other things, parts of the older technical area and the slide system were excluded. The technical cellar and parts of the load-bearing structure originate from the original building. The on-site condition analysis indicates that, in particular, the structure of the technical cellar is in great need of renovation. Identified, among other things, were moisture damage, leaks, signs of corrosion, exposed reinforcing steel and spalling of the concrete cover. The aim of the project is to develop a renovation concept that is technically, economically, energetically and operationally viable for the Nordbad.
