The city of Gerlingen intends to renovate the Pestalozzi School. The subject of the procedure is specialized planning services for fire protection, according to AHO series booklet no. 17, 4th edition: ...LPH 1-4 (fire protection concept) including object-related, component-specific technical specifications (such as specific fire protection qualities, cladding thicknesses, and sealing principles), which serve as binding basis for the subsequent factory execution planning. ...LPH 8 (construction supervision) on an hourly basis The buildings of the Pestalozzi School from the 1940s/1950s show a significant need for renovation. This concerns, among other things, the energetic and fire protection renovation, renewal of the technical building equipment – sanitary/electrical, as well as the expansion of the digital infrastructure. In addition to these substantial measures, a spatial development towards a modern all-day school is to be carried out.
