The contract is scheduled to begin in January 2027 and is expected to be completed by October 2027. The total duration for the main performance is 10 months. Additionally, there are provisions for four years of maintenance services for the media technology in the Rathaus.

Key milestones and phases include:

• The award period for the contract concludes two months after the submission date of September 22, 2026.
• During the Abitur examination periods, from May to June in 2025, 2026, and 2027, specific detailed scheduling is required, limiting work to approximately 12 low-noise working days per year.
• For three weeks in October of each year from 2025 to 2027, during the Bocholter Kirmes, detailed planning for deliveries and waste disposal is necessary due to potential access restrictions to the construction site.
