TENDER DESCRIPTION
Object of Planning The object of planning is the building design planning service phases 1-9 with phased commissioning for: Renovation/modernization of "Red High-Rise", Karl-Marx-Straße 53, 65199 Wiesbaden. For service phases 1-4 and 9, basic services according to HOAI as defined in the partial services table (Annex 2) are to be provided. For service phases 5-8, special services according to the partial services table (Annex 2) are to be provided: - Phase 5: detailed building description, checking the execution plans for conformity with the design planning - Phase 6: specification with service program - Phase 7: participation in awarding the general contractor (GU) - Phase 8: site supervision as quality management for GU services The Red High-Rise is part of an urban development complex from the 1970s. The development plan is based on designs and plans by Ernst May. Together with a neighboring shopping arcade and a lower linear residential building (surrounding building), the high-rise forms a height-stepped, differentiated overall ensemble.
