TENDER DESCRIPTION

On a working area of approximately 4,000 m², there will be soil movement of approximately 3,500 t. In addition, approximately 130 m³ of water retaining elements, 100 m² of natural stone paving areas and 750 m² of water-bound pathway surfacing and gravel grass paths will be installed. Creation of approximately 800 m² of lawn areas, 2,000 m² of planting areas and installation of approximately 9,000 perennials and shrubs. Supply and installation of 2 seating bench system installations, 5 benches, 3 tables, 2 sun loungers, 4 waste containers, several natural stone stair/step systems, seating walls, 170 m of handrails, 2 footbridge structures of approximately 6 m and 25 m as steel structures, and a curved reinforced concrete wall with an appearance surface area of approximately 61 m². Renovation of a natural stone wall and construction of a new coping wall cap with coping plates made of natural stone.
