TENDER DESCRIPTION
Planning services for landscape architecture are to be awarded following the comprehensive renovation of the leisure pool and the new configuration of the outdoor basin, taking into account the adjacent outdoor swimming pool areas and the sauna garden landscape; for Lot 2. Components of the scope of services to be provided are: - Basic services of the performance phases 1-9 of the outdoor facilities planning service profile pursuant to § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11 No. 11.1 to the HOAI - Special services: o On-site recording of the existing areas of the sauna and the pergola for integration into the planning in performance phase (LPH) 1 o Preparation of a coordinated services routing plan including collision checking in performance phase (LPH) 5 o Full coordination of the earthworks for the swimming pool water supply and drainage lines in performance phase (LPH) 8 Planning services for landscape architecture are to be awarded following the comprehensive renovation of the leisure pool and the new configuration of the outdoor basin, taking into account the adjacent outdoor swimming pool areas and the sauna garden landscape; for Lot 2.
