TENDER DESCRIPTION
Planning services in the field of landscape architecture shall be awarded following the general renovation of the leisure pool and the new configuration of the outdoor basin, taking into account the adjacent outdoor swimming pool areas and the sauna garden landscape, for Lot 2. Components of the scope of service to be provided are: - Basic services of the service phases 1-9 of the service profile for outdoor facilities planning pursuant to § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 11 No. 11.1 to HOAI - Special services: o on-site recording of the existing sauna and pergola areas for integration into the planning in service phase LPH 1 o preparation of a coordinated services layout plan with collision testing in service phase LPH 5 o complete coordination of the earthworks for the swimming pool water and drainage lines in service phase LPH 8
