TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the sports and multi-purpose hall, roof of the swimming hall The existing multi-purpose hall (swimming and sports hall) is a central public facility for school and club sports as well as for other community uses in the municipality. It was erected in 1977. The hall is regularly used by several local clubs, such as the gymnastics, cycling, football, model sports, and music clubs, etc., as well as for school sports, and is occupied on all days of the week (Mondays-Fridays from 7.00-23.30). This results in a high quantitative need for the hall to be permanently usable as an important part of municipal infrastructure. As part of ongoing use, significant structural and technical deficiencies have been identified, making renovation absolutely necessary. In particular, the current requirements under building fire protection law are not met. Additional requirements for BMA and ELA are in place. This poses a substantial risk for the safe operation of the hall and already limits the options for use today.
