TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the sports and multi-purpose hall, roof of the swimming hall. The existing multi-purpose hall (swimming and sports hall) is a central public facility for school and club sports and for other community uses in the municipality. It was constructed in 1977. The hall is regularly used by several local clubs, such as the gymnastics, cycling sport, football, model sport, and music clubs, etc., as well as for school sports, and it is occupied every day of the week (Mondays to Fridays from 7.00-23.30). As a result, there is a high quantitative need for the permanent usability of the hall as an important component of municipal infrastructure. During ongoing operation, significant structural and technical deficiencies have become apparent, making renovation absolutely necessary. In particular, the currently applicable fire protection requirements are not met. Additional requirements for BMA and ELA are in place. This represents a substantial risk to the safe operation of the hall and restricts its use already today.
