TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the Sports and Multi-Purpose Hall, roof of the swimming hall. The existing multi-purpose hall (swimming and sports hall) is a central public facility for school and club sports as well as for other community uses in the municipality. It was built in 1977. The hall is regularly used by several local clubs, such as the gymnastics, cycling, football, model sports, and music clubs, etc., as well as for school sports, and is occupied every day of the week (Mondays to Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.). As a result, there is a high quantitative need for the hall to remain permanently usable as an important component of municipal infrastructure. As part of ongoing operation, significant structural and technical deficiencies have been identified, making renovation absolutely necessary. In particular, current fire protection regulatory requirements are not met. Additional requirements for BMA and ELA are present. This poses a major risk for the safe operation of the hall and restricts its use already today.
