TENDER DESCRIPTION

The sports hall “Dicker Busch” is located in Rüsselsheim am Main, district of Dicker Busch, on the site of the Alexander-von-Humboldt-Schule. It is a municipal three-court sports hall that is used predominantly for school and club sports as well as for sporting and public events. Due to the age of the building and as a result of a significant water damage from 2022, there is a comprehensive need for renovation and modernization. The sports hall is currently out of service. The objective of the measure is comprehensive structural, technical and energy-related renovation of the sports hall, taking into account the current building regulations, safety and fire protection requirements as well as energy-related requirements. The subject of this invitation to tender are the shell construction and demolition works as part of the renovation and extension of the three-court sports hall in Rüsselsheim. The work will be carried out in the existing building stock and in the new-build and/or extension areas directly adjacent to it.
