"As part of the renovation of the city administration building at Abdinghof in Paderborn, a turnkey built-in WC facility is to be installed on a rough structure area prepared and finished on site and handed over ready for operation. The facility comprises three rooms: a barrier-free unisex WC, a urinal room, a technical room. The scope of services includes in particular the construction and full fit-out of the WC facility, including: Delivery and installation of the required lightweight partition walls including substructures, boarding, insulation and reinforcements; construction of the required floor build-up including screed and provision of falls to the floor drains; construction of the suspended ceilings; delivery and installation of stainless-steel user doors including locking, free/occupied and emergency unlocking devices; complete sanitary installation including WC, urinal, washbasin and sluice/splash equipment; barrier-free equipment for the unisex WC in accordance with the requirements of DIN 18040; construction of the required drinking-water, drainage and ventilation connections including the technical installations in the technical room; installation of an electric…
