TENDER DESCRIPTION

"The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision of air-conditioning and refrigeration technology services as part of the comprehensive renovation of the building parts A, B and C of the municipal administration at Abdinghof in Paderborn. The scope of services includes in particular the supply, installation, connection, commissioning and balancing (adjustment) of the air-handling systems, including RLT central units with supply and extract air as well as heat recovery, decentralised ventilation units and extract air systems. In addition, air ducts and air distribution accessories, air outlets and volume flow controllers, sound attenuators, fire protection dampers and the required heat and cold insulation must be manufactured and installed. The services also include the technical equipment and control of the systems, including the required measuring, control and monitoring equipment, as well as interface coordination with the trades involved, in particular electrical and E&M/automation (MSR) technology.
