The developed usage concept for the tonne vessel KAPITÄN MEYER provides for extensive refurbishment in a manner that preserves listed monuments as well as a targeted conversion in order to operate it in future in the museum harbour at Bontekai as a stationary museum and events vessel under the roof of the Coastal Museum.
