The subject of the lot is object planning services according to § 34 HOAI for the monument-appropriate renovation and modernization of the gatehouse on the grounds of the Zuchthaus Cottbus memorial site. The building is to be further developed into a visitor and education center with exhibition, seminar, and administrative areas, taking into account its listed building fabric. The scope of services includes performance phases 1 to 9 as well as special services according to the tender documents.
