Franz-Marc-School Geretsried – Energy-efficient refurbishment of the single-court gymnasium with shower and sanitary facilities from 1974, including replacement and extension of the controlled ventilation. The following services are to be provided essentially: - Roof sheathing BFU 100, 12 mm: 730 m² - Elastomer bitumen vapour barrier layer, Alu + glass fabric: 730 m² - Thermal insulation, PIR/PUR DAA-dh, WLS 023, 70 mm: 730 m² - Tapered thermal insulation, PIR/PUR DAA-dh, WLS 023: 75 m³ - Elastomer bitumen cold self-adhesive sheet, 1st waterproofing layer: 730 m² - Elastomer bitumen welded sheet, top layer root-resistant: 730 m² - Parapet coping, 58 cm: 155 m - Fall protection as a guardrail: 140 m²
