TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Borstel-Hohenraden plans the renovation and extension of the existing old sports hall in Borstel-Hohenraden with the aim of converting the building into a modern multi-purpose building. Space is to be created for the local community, associations, the school and other user groups. The plan includes a large event hall, a multifunctional foyer with use as a meeting room, a kitchen with a serving area, a permanently installed stage with back-of-house and storage areas, as well as office and archive areas. The existing gymnastics rooms will be retained and integrated into the overall concept. In addition, sufficient storage, utility and flexibly usable multi-purpose areas will be created to ensure economical and needs-based use of the building. The costs for cost groups 200-700 are estimated at approx. €3,968,422.30 net. Of this, cost group KG 300 accounts for approx. €1,624,994.02 net and KG 400 for approx. €976,359.34 net.
