TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Borstel-Hohenraden plans the renovation and extension of the existing old sports hall in Borstel-Hohenraden with the aim of converting the building into a modern multi-purpose building. Rooms are to be created for the local community, clubs, the school and other user groups. A large event hall, a multi-functional foyer used as a meeting room, a kitchen with a serving/delivery area, a permanently installed stage with back-of-house and storage area, as well as office and archive spaces are planned. The existing gymnastics rooms will be retained and integrated into the overall concept. In addition, sufficient storage, utility rooms and flexible-use multi-purpose areas will be created to ensure economical and needs-based use of the building.
