TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Procedure: The procurement procedure is divided into 3 stages. a) Participation competition: In a pre-qualification application procedure, offices declare their interest in participating in the procedure and provide, among other things, the required references. The exclusion, selection and suitability criteria must be provided via the attached application for participation. All required/provided evidence and self-declarations must be attached to the application. If an applicant can provide only one single statement/evidence regarding the exclusion criteria, they will be excluded from the procedure. For legal entities, the professional requirements are met if their articles of association define the purpose of their business as including planning services that correspond to the task in question, and if the authorized representative of the legal entity meets the professional requirements that are required of natural persons. In the case of a bidder consortium/joint venture, all participating parties must meet the exclusion criteria separately. However, submission of a joint application for participation is sufficient.
