TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Procedure The award procedure is divided into 3 stages. a) Participation competition: In a prior application procedure, offices express their interest in participating in the procedure and provide, among other things, the required references. The exclusion, selection and suitability criteria must be provided via the attached application for participation. All required/provided evidence and self-declarations must be attached to the application. If an applicant is only unable to provide one single declaration/evidence with regard to the exclusion criteria, the applicant will be excluded from the procedure. For legal entities, the professional requirements are deemed to be met if their articles of association provide for planning services that correspond to the task in hand, and if the authorised representative of the legal entity meets the professional requirements that are required for natural persons. In the case of a bidder consortium, all participants must meet the exclusion criteria separately. However, submission of a joint application for participation is sufficient.
