TENDER DESCRIPTION

Performance specification The subject of the contract is DGNB auditor services for the certification of the newly constructed sports hall of Helene-Lange-School, Langenbeckstraße 6 to 18, 65189 Wiesbaden. The service relates exclusively to the sports hall. Services for the extension new build, the existing building or other project components are only owed to the extent that they are directly required for DGNB certification of the sports hall. The sports hall is to be certified in accordance with the DGNB system by applying the quality seal Sustainable Building, QNG+, with a target level of at least a quality level comparable to BNB 75 percent. In addition, the requirements for QNG+ are to be complied with. The contractor shall provide full professional support, coordination, documentation, auditing and submission of the certification documents until DGNB certification is obtained by applying QNG+. If certification is jeopardised due to lack of cooperation by third parties, measures not implemented, changed planning, missing evidence or decisions by the contracting authority, this must be reported immediately in writing.
