TENDER DESCRIPTION

Performance description The subject matter of the contract is DGNB auditor services for the certification of the newly constructed sports hall of the Helene-Lange School, Langenbeckstraße 6 to 18, 65189 Wiesbaden. The service relates exclusively to the sports hall. Services for the extension new-build, the existing structure, or other parts of the project are owed only to the extent that they are immediately necessary for DGNB certification of the sports hall. The sports hall is to be certified under the DGNB system using the quality seal “Sustainability in Building”, QNG+, with at least a quality level comparable to BNB 75 percent as the target level. In addition, the requirements for QNG+ must be met. The contractor shall provide full professional support, coordination, documentation, auditing and submission of the certification documents up to obtaining the DGNB certification using QNG+. If certification is endangered due to lack of cooperation by third parties, measures not implemented, changed planning, missing evidence, or decisions by the contracting authority, this must be reported immediately in writing.
