TENDER DESCRIPTION

Performance description The subject matter of the contract is DGNB auditor services for the certification of the newly constructed sports hall of Helene-Lange-School, Langenbeckstraße 6 to 18, 65189 Wiesbaden. The service relates exclusively to the sports hall. Services for the extension new build, the existing building, or other project components are owed only to the extent that they are directly necessary for the DGNB certification of the sports hall. The sports hall is to be certified in accordance with the DGNB system using the quality seal Nachhaltiges Gebäude, QNG+, the “Quality seal for Sustainable Building.” As the target level, at least a quality level comparable to BNB 75 percent is to be achieved. In addition, the requirements for QNG+ must be met. The contractor is responsible for the complete expert support, coordination, documentation, auditing, and submission of the certification documents until DGNB certification is obtained using QNG+.
