The demolition site is a single-storey building with a gable roof with gable roof dormers constructed in solid masonry. Load-bearing external walls, 36.5 cm masonry (36,5-er Mauerwerk), load-bearing internal walls of 24 cm aerated concrete blocks (24er Bims), Hbl 2 or non-load-bearing plasterboard (gypsum plasterboard) walls, plastic windows. Roof with a timber structure and roof cladding made of clay roof tiles (Tonziegel).
