Maintenance is taken into account for a term of 4 years without applying a present value factor in the bid evaluation. The maintenance amount is included in the evaluation of the bids (4 years). A maintenance price not submitted leads to the exclusion of the bidder. The contract award is made on the condition that the company remains bound to the bid price for maintenance until the conclusion of the maintenance contract. The maintenance contract begins after the successful acceptance of the construction work without defects.
