TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance will be taken into account for a duration of 4 years without applying a present value factor in the evaluation of tenders. The maintenance amount is included in the evaluation of bids (4 years). A maintenance price not submitted results in the exclusion of the tenderer. The contract award is made on the condition that the company remains bound to the bid price for maintenance until the conclusion of the maintenance contract. The maintenance contract becomes legally effective upon signature of the order. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract by one further year after expiry of the agreed contract term of 4 years, on the basis of this contract.
