TENDER DESCRIPTION
Maintenance is taken into account for a term of 4 years without applying a present value factor in the evaluation of tenders. The maintenance amount is included in the evaluation of the offers (4 years). A maintenance price not submitted leads to the exclusion of the bidder. The contract award is made on the condition that the company remains bound to the offer price for maintenance until the conclusion of the maintenance contract. The maintenance contract becomes legally valid upon signing the order. The contracting authority reserves the right, after expiry of the agreed contract term of 4 years, to extend the contract for an additional year on the basis of this contract.
