TENDER DESCRIPTION
The necessary planning services shall be awarded in stages within a contract for overall planning. The planning scope includes the following services: - Building planning in accordance with § 34 HOAI, - Structural engineering planning in accordance with § 51 HOAI, - Planning of the Technical Building Equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, - Fire protection in accordance with Heft No. 17 AHO, - Building physics in accordance with Appendix 1 HOAI. The planning service advertised here shall be awarded in stages as follows: - Stage 1: Service phases 1 to 3 shall be commissioned as a firm assignment, - Stage 2: Service phases 4 to 9 shall be commissioned optionally.
