TENDER DESCRIPTION
The required planning services are to be awarded in stages under a contract for overall planning. The planning scope includes the following services: - Building object planning in accordance with § 34 HOAI, - Structural engineering in accordance with § 51 HOAI, - Planning of the Technical Building Equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, - Fire protection in accordance with AHO publication No. 17 AHO, - Building physics in accordance with Annex 1 HOAI. The planning services offered here will be awarded in stages as follows: - Stage 1: Performance phases 1 to 3 will be firmly commissioned, - Stage 2: Performance phases 4 to 9 may be commissioned as an option.
