TENDER DESCRIPTION

The listed Gothic St. Nikolaus Cathedral in Stendal (construction start at approx. 1420) is a high-quality testimony to Hanseatic North German brick architecture, for which a key distinguishing feature is the large existing stock of original stained glass leaded windows. The planned measure (3rd BA) involves continuing the internal refurbishment in the nave and the south transept. This requires scaffolding work, restoration work and excavation and floor covering work to be carried out inside the building. The services of the tendered Lot 5.1 Construction site facilities include the provision and keeping available of the construction-site consultation container, the WC container and, additionally, a WC for the need arising from increased staffing at the construction site. To this end, a gravel sub-base must be prepared in the outdoor area. Furthermore, the electrical supply lines for operating the containers including distributors and simple path lighting in front of the containers must be installed.
