TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen intends to expand the Isar-Loisach Realschule in Wolfratshausen (Building A) to a total of 34 classes, taking into account a comprehensive energy renovation, and at the same time to build a simple gym hall as a WU component with six classrooms above it in timber modular or hybrid construction. For this purpose, in construction phase 3 for the renovation and expansion of main building A, the services P2/P4-23 Flooring works are requested here.
