Description of the planning task and construction measure: Note: LPH 1 - 4 according to HOAI have been fully provided by the architectural firm eichler & eichler Architekten GmbH from Alzey-Weinheim. LPH 5 - 8 (9 optional) are to be fully provided and remunerated. A grant application was created on 08.10.2025 and submitted to the Ministry of the Interior and for Sports RLP, Mainz. The approval is not yet available and is expected for summer 2027. The present planning must be adopted and continued accordingly. The release of the present planning has been made by the client. The building application was created and submitted on 10.11.2025. The building permit has been available since 22.04.2026 and will be provided for the negotiation procedure. 1. Initial situation: The community center is located in the middle of the town center, near other historic buildings and culturally important places (e.g., St. Martin’s Church, squares, old school buildings, historic alleys etc.). It covers a plot area of 1,292.54 m².
