Description of the planning task and construction measure: Note: Service phases 1 - 3 (4) according to HOAI have been fully provided by Ingenieurbüro Stoffel from Heidesheim. Service phases 5 - 8 (9 optional) are to be provided and remunerated. The present planning must be adopted mandatorily and further pursued accordingly. Approval of the present planning has been granted by the client. A funding application was prepared on 08.10.2025 and submitted to the Ministry of the Interior and for Sport RLP, Mainz. The approval has not yet been granted and is expected by summer 2027. The building application was prepared and submitted on 10.11.2025. The building permit has been granted since 22.04.2026 and will be provided for the negotiation procedure. 1.
