TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the renovation of the Windeck-Gymnasium, the outdoor facilities on the school site will be comprehensively redesigned. The works specified include in particular demolition, earthworks and landscaping works. The scope of services includes, among other things, the demolition of approx. 2,500 m² of paving and surfacing areas, extensive earthworks, and the creation of approx. 2,000 m² of infiltration trench/swale areas. In addition, approx. 3,500 m² of paving areas, including crushed-stone bedding layers, are to be produced. Furthermore, the measure includes the delivery and installation of equipment elements and play elements for the schoolyard, the manufacture of approx. 100 m of natural stone paving blocks, the delivery and installation of planting and tree-growing substrates, as well as the planting of approx. 25 trees. In addition, approx. 3,000 m² of lawn and meadow areas will be created. The services also include the required establishment/maintenance care for the newly created vegetation areas.
