TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the renovation of the Windeck Gymnasium, the outdoor facilities of the school site will be comprehensively redesigned. The tendered services include in particular demolition, earthworks and landscaping works. The scope of service includes, among other things, demolition of approximately 2,500 m² of paving and surfacing areas, extensive earthworks and the construction of approximately 2,000 m² of infiltration basin areas. In addition, approximately 3,500 m² of paving areas, including crushed stone subbase layers, are to be constructed. The measure also includes the delivery and installation of equipment elements and play elements for the schoolyard, the construction of approximately 100 m of natural stone blocks, the delivery and installation of planting and tree growing media, as well as the planting of approximately 25 trees. In addition, approximately 3,000 m² of lawn and meadow areas will be created. The services also include the required completion care for the newly created vegetation areas.
