TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the overall construction measure is the renovation of the business office of ITEBO GmbH, Stüvestraße in Osnabrück. In this context, the contract being awarded is for remediation of hazardous substances; in particular: - deconstruction and hazardous substance remediation work in the existing building, including removal and proper disposal of building components contaminated with asbestos and KMF, as well as the required protective, enclosure/sealing and negative-pressure measures; - dismantling of asbestos-containing adhesive from approximately 900 floor stamps, approximately 1750 m2 with KMF-contaminated insulation, tiled/caged grid ceilings, suspended system ceilings and louver (lamella) ceilings, approximately 1500 m2 of KMF-contaminated drywall and system walls. - The work also includes transport away and proper disposal. - Before work begins, evidence of expertise/competence in accordance with TRGS must be submitted.
