Key features of the service description are: • Approximately 550 m³ of earthworks including soil replacement, soil improvement, and disposal of contaminated soils • Construction of approximately 1,065 m² of paving surfaces for driveways, paths, and bicycle parking areas • Construction of approximately 225 m² of temporary parking spaces • Installation of around 435 m of curbs and edge borders • New construction of rainwater drainage with approximately 185 m of plastic pipes DN 150 to DN 250, shafts, drains, and drainage channels • New construction of a drinking water pipeline with approximately 35 m of PE pipe DN 50 including testing and disinfection • Dismantling of existing supply and disposal systems including pipes, fences, and paved areas • Construction of enclosures with gate system, airlock, and approximately 100 m of chain link fence • Equipment of the outdoor facilities with waste container box, waste bins, benches, grit bins, signage, and doormats • Vegetation works with approximately 2,000 m² of lawn areas, 70 m² of shrub areas, 2 standard trees, 238 shrubs as well as completion and development maintenance
