Sub-areas on the ground floor are rented to third parties. These are various shops, cafés, the Dominican convent and a caretaker’s apartment. In the basement level of the building there is the underground car park with 102 parking spaces. In addition, on the basement level there is a non-public canteen with kitchen, storage for the ground-floor shops, technical operating rooms, as well as the caretakers’ workshop and other ancillary rooms. Renewal of WC facilities, incl. fittings and renewal of the potable water supply pipes with connection to the existing services; pre-installation from BA 1. The drainage pipes are also completely renewed, incl. sewage lifting stations. New partition-wall installations are to be carried out in dry construction, conventional partition-wall installations.
