TENDER DESCRIPTION

Brief description Sanitary: Conversion of the sanitary installations. As part of the refurbishment and change of use of the Art Hall Kiel, the supply networks for drinking water and wastewater will be renewed throughout the entire building. The existing installations including sanitary fixtures and subgrade (trench) pipework will be renewed. To supply the plant engineering KG430 (powering the steam air humidifiers), a sub-contracting (VE) system is planned in the Central Technical Area 01, UG.043. All internal rainwater pipework will be renewed up to connection to the subgrade pipe above the slab at floor level. In the inner courtyard area, 2 new emergency overflow drains with free discharge are planned, with pipe runs led through the façade to an open area, in the access area Heating UG.042. All external rainwater pipework falls within the scope of services for the building works. - Approx. 950 m drinking water pipe, stainless steel, pressed - Approx. 500 m wastewater pipe, polypropylene pipe with socket joint (PP pipe) - Approx. 240 m rainwater pipe (SML / PE welded in depot areas)
