Scope of services including maintenance works: The objective of the construction measure is the comprehensive refurbishment of the entire service building. For this purpose, the building is completely emptied. The building, which was erected at the end of the 19th century as a Land and Local Court building, stands as a distinctive representative structure in an exposed location at Domplatz in the centre of the city of Erfurt. Scope of services / main quantities: Demolition works for sanitary installations include approx. 36 pcs WCs (WC units), sanitary porcelain; dismantling of approx. 13 pcs washbasins; steel outfall basins approx. 2 pcs; approx. 5 pcs urinals – end of demolition works.
