TENDER DESCRIPTION

Scope of services including maintenance works: The objective of the construction measure is the comprehensive renovation (core refurbishment) of the entire service building. For this purpose, the building has been completely emptied. The building, erected at the end of the 19th century as a building for the Land and Local Court, stands as a distinctive representative structure in an exposed location at Domplatz in the centre of the city of Erfurt. Scope of services / approximate quantities: Dismantling of sanitary installations includes approx. 36 pcs. WC, sanitary porcelain, dismantling of approx. 13 washbasins, steel trough/basin for waste approx. 2 pcs., approx. 5 urinals – end of dismantling works. Wastewater drainage with accessories: drain pipes made of PP in DN 32 – DN 125 approx. 491 m, including fittings, connections to existing wastewater downpipes, SML connectors, branch fittings, connecting couplings/sleeves, sleeves with sealing collar (manschetten) approx. 24 pcs., pipe ventilation devices, connection hoses approx. 6 pcs. each, stainless-steel floor drain including accessories etc. approx. 14 pcs. main components, pipework insulation, connections to existing…
